Travel planning should be a fun, engaging experience and we want to design travel that is an extension of who you are. Let's get to know each other first. New client meet 'n greets via phone, virtual or in-person are the first step in building a mutually beneficial working relationship. Send us an email today. We are accepting new clients by referral.
Itinerary Building
Our clients find value in the custom itineraries that we create for them. As professionals, we spend hours researching and planning travel dedicated specifically to you. As such, we charge one-time planning fees for trips.
Custom Travel Itineraries
Trips 3 nights or less $250
Trips 4-7 nights $500
Trips 8+ nights $750+, depending on complexity
Each planning fee includes:
- up to 4 travelers on the same itinerary. Additional travelers are $50/person.
- 3 iterations of a similar itinerary. Additional changes to itineraries after that will be billed at $50 per change.
All fees are non-refundable and due before trip planning begins. For trips lasting more than 14 nights, fees may vary.
Cruise Bookings
Planning fee $250+, depending on complexity
Virtuoso Direct Booking
- If you book your hotel or cruise directly on my private Virtuoso website, then planning fee is waived. View my site HERE.
